Guests will have access to the entire apartment - bedroom, equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room.
Other things to keep in mind
House rules:
Smoking is strictly prohibited in indoor areas.
Pets are not allowed.
Noise is not permitted after 10:00 p.m.
No strangers are allowed in without prior authorization.
Please throw away all rubbish and always turn off lights and appliances when not in use.
The apartment is not equipped for people with reduced mobility.
It is strictly forbidden to move or change the arrangement of furniture.
Lost keys will incur a cost of €100.
Stuck lock, etc. that requires the presence of a technician - The customer pays for the technician's intervention.
Forgetting keys inside the apartment which requires me to leave - €25.
A manual will be given to you at check-in, please follow the rules.
